It seems fitting, really, that the first song I ever leaked from The Soft Dive Into Oblivion would turn out to be its last single.

"Again & Again" holds a special place in my heart as it's one of my first real attempts at crafting true stem-to-stern electronic music with a pop grounding. Though you could still hear synths and dance beats in tracks like "We're Gonna Party (Tonight)" and "Social Amnesia" from MAUZNER, it was "Again & Again" that really captured the textures I wanted. The song's emotional territory surprised me -- I loved adding the bells, but the guitar portion at the end is my absolute favorite moment. It's just ... special to me. I hope it is to you too, as well.

The B-side here is a song called "Meryl (I Believe)", recorded after I lost a bet with professional jerkwad Dave Semonchik following Streep's win at the SAG Awards in early '09. So ... yeah. ENJOY!
